Instalments are charged automatically every month as per your pre-agreed payment plan. In case we are not able to process your payments, we will notify you via email and ask you to increase your available card limit or enter new card details in the HeyLight portal. You won’t pay any late fees.
If after several reminders we are still not able to collect the due amount, we may transfer your information to a debt collection company. The debt collection company will request you to pay the full amount outstanding and may charge you an administrative fee.
