Contact your credit card issuer immediately to report the loss or theft of your missing card and update your credit card details in the HeidiPay portal.
How to update card details in the HeidiPay portal:
Log into your HeidiPay portal with the login details you received from us by email when you made your purchase
If you don't know your password, click on "Forgot your password?" and create a new one
Click on "Orders" and select your order
Click on "Change card
Enter your new card details and confirm the change with your ebanking app
