What if I forgot my password?

1. Click on "Login" on the HeyLight website
2. Click on “Forgot password”?
3. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password
4. Click on “Reset password” in the email we’ve sent you
5. Enter the new password

If you know your password but want to change it, you can go the the "Account settings" section in your HeyLight portal.
