What happens if my card expires in the middle of my payment plan?

If If your card expires or becomes invalid during your payment plan, you need to update your card details in your HeidiPay portal. We will send you an email and text message to inform you about your expired card.  

How to update card details in the HeidiPay portal:

  • Log into your HeidiPay portal
  • Go to the “Orders” section
  • Click on “Update card” next to the order
